Assistant FBI Director Michael Steinbach says the Internet and social media have replaced the telephone for terrorists to communicate their plans.  The director of Counter-terrorism answered questions from Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Subcommittee member Republican Kelly Ayotte, New Hampshire’s junior Senator.
