Here’s how to upload written testimony to the House and register for or against bills to the Senate.
Click on:
To submit written testimony to the House, scroll down to Meeting Resources and click on VIEW HOUSE ONLINE TESTIMONY SUBMISSIONS. Select Committee and bill. Once populated, everyone who registered for the bill should appear and any testimony as applicable.
For Senate, you can register as in favor or against a bill, but not upload testimony or see other testimony.
