AG Withholds Deceased Toddler’s Name, Manner of Death In Loudon Case

Concord, NH – New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher Wagner, and Loudon Police Chief Kristoffer Burgess announce that there is an active investigation involving the death of a child in Loudon, New Hampshire. 

Loudon Police responded to a report of a deceased child at a residence on School Street in Loudon at approximately 3:49 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2019.  Once at the residence, police found a child, age 23 months, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.

On Wednesday, September 25, 2019, New Hampshire’s Associate Medical Examiner Dr. Christine James completed the autopsy of the child. The name of the child, and cause and manner of death are being withheld pending further investigation.

Additional information will be released  while maintaining the integrity of the investigation.
