It’s called The Great Resignation.

Nearly 4.3 million Americans quit their jobs in August alone as many people sought out higher wages amid the recovery from the pandemic, opted for lifestyle changes, or lacked affordable childcare.

Podcaster Roger Wood speaks with Greg Randolph, an economics professor at the University of Southern New Hampshire in Manchester. On my next podcast I’ll feature an innovative program by Great Bay Community College to attract and train people to work in manufacturing in New Hampshire.
