Police released these photo of Timothy Johnson, 38, and say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

New Hampshire Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young and Manchester Police Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announce that Jean Lascelle, age 67, of Manchester, New Hampshire was shot outside of 351 Chestnut Street in Manchester at approximately 8:39 a.m. this morning, February 13, 2021.

He was transported to Elliot Hospital where he later died.
Investigators are seeking to speak with Timothy Johnson, age 38, regarding the death of Jean Lascelle. Mr. Johnson was last seen in front of 351 Chestnut Street at approximately 8:39 a.m. and is believed to be on foot.

Mr. Johnson is considered to be armed and dangerous, and should
not be approached. Anyone with information about Mr. Johnson’s current whereabouts is asked to contact the Manchester Police Department at (603) 668-8711. Mr. Johnson has a distinct tattoo on the left side of his lower neck.

Photographs of Mr. Johnson from early this morning and at the time he was last seen are attached, as well as a photo of his face.
