Jennifer Clow will be arraigned in the shooting death of her mother, Sally Miller in Goffstown.

Deputy Attorney General Jane E. Young, New Hampshire State Police Colonel Christopher J. Wagner, and Goffstown Police Chief Robert Browne announce further information in connection with the death of Sally A. Miller (age 72).

On Sunday, June 16, 2019, Ms. Miller’s daughter, Jennifer Clow (age 49), was arrested in Naples, Florida on a fugitive from justice charge.  That charge was based on an arrest warrant that had been issued on June 15, 2019, charging Ms. Clow with alternative counts of knowing and reckless second-degree murder in New Hampshire for causing the death of her mother, Sally A. Miller. An autopsy showed Miller died of a single gunshot wound.

Ms. Clow has waived extradition and agreed to return to New Hampshire.  She will be arraigned on June 19, 2019, at 2:00 p.m., in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Northern District in Manchester, New Hampshire.
