CONCORD – House Bill 1319 will get a Senate hearing in the Judiciary Committee on Monday, April 16 at 1:30 p.m. in State House Room 100. HB 1319 would prohibit discrimination based on gender identity.

Freedom New Hampshire plans a show of strength early with a rally outside the State House at 12:30 p.m., and then file into State House Room 100 a little before 1:30.

Transgender Granite Staters and their friends, family and other allies will be speaking from the heart about why we must update New Hampshire’s nondiscrimination law to protect us.
