CONCORD – InDepthNH.org’s reporter and columnist Garry Rayno will discuss what led to the stunning defeat Thursday of Northern Pass’ application to build a 192-mile high-voltage powerline in New Hampshire on NHPR’s The Exchange on Friday at 9 a.m.
Rayno was a daily fixture at the Northern Pass adjudicative and deliberative hearings in Concord that began last April. He and Nancy West, founder of the nonprofit online news outlet InDepthNH.org, provided New Hampshire readers comprehensive coverage of the largest proposed utility project since the Seabrook nuclear plant hearings four decades ago.
